Full IB, or blended.
Full Diploma is six subjects with the core — theory of knowledge, the extended essay and CAS. Blended mixes BC and IB courses for the Dogwood plus IB course certificates. Both graduate.
To the Inner Harbour.
The campus sits in Colwood, ringed by forest and a creek. Victoria is the provincial capital, a city of 400,000, and the airport is fifty minutes away.
Two students, one ensuite.
A new building: 75 twin rooms over six floors, up to 150 students, at most 28 to a floor. Floors are separated by gender and a dorm parent lives on each one.
Meals, laundry, a nurse on site.
Three chef-prepared meals and three snacks a day from a buffet that changes daily, with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Staff launder clothes and bedding weekly. A nurse and a counsellor are on campus and every boarding staff member is first-aid certified.

Most Canadian boarding schools take students once a year, in September. This one publishes three, and prices each one separately.
Fall Term
Four months, to December. The ordinary entry point, and the one that lines up with the school’s own year.
Winter Term
Three months, to March. A full term inside the regular school — the basis of the Korean winter programme. The page is in Korean →
Spring Term
Three months, to June. Finishes with the school year, so a student leaves at the same time as everyone else.

Almost everything is inside the first-year total above: tuition and boarding, medical insurance, legal custody, laundry, return transfers to Victoria airport or the Swartz Bay ferry, extracurriculars and sports. The CAD 10,000 the school asks for on acceptance is a prepayment of it, not an additional charge — it brings the balance down.
Outside the total: the application fee (CAD 250, first year only), visa costs and flights, sports academies (golf, equestrian, bowling, climbing), some activities such as skiing and the Vancouver trip, the spring break trip, personal spending, athletic wear, documents and courier (CAD 250–450), a graphing calculator for senior courses, and belt and shoes. The uniform itself (junior CAD 950 / senior CAD 1,100) is inside the first-year total; it appears as its own line on the tuition invoice (2027–28 Tuition & Fee Structure).

The school’s own online English test and an interview with the admissions team. A student without an external score is assessed on the school’s test.

열에 일곱이 현지 학생입니다.
밴쿠버로 보낸 집이 가장 자주 하는 후회는 「한국 애들끼리만 지내다 왔다」입니다. 그것을 규칙이 아니라 교실의 구성이 막습니다.
풀 IB, 또는 블렌디드.
풀 IB는 6과목에 Core 전부 — TOK, 소논문(EE), CAS. 블렌디드는 BC 과목과 IB 과목을 섞어 BC 졸업장과 IB Course Certificate 를 받습니다. 둘 다 졸업합니다.
빅토리아 이너하버까지.
캠퍼스는 콜우드에 있고 숲과 개울에 둘러싸여 있습니다. 빅토리아는 인구 40만의 BC 주도이고, 공항까지는 50분입니다.
2인 1실, 전용 욕실.
신축 건물 6개 층에 2인실 75개, 정원 150명, 한 층에 최대 28명입니다. 층마다 성별이 나뉘고 모든 층에 dorm parent 가 함께 삽니다.
세 끼, 세탁, 교내 간호사.
전문 주방에서 하루 세 끼와 간식 세 번. 매일 바뀌는 뷔페에 채식·글루텐프리 선택이 있습니다. 주 1회 직원이 옷과 침구를 세탁해 개어 돌려줍니다. 간호사와 상담교사가 교내에 상주하고, 기숙 직원 전원이 응급처치 자격을 갖고 있습니다.

세 번의 입학04
1년에 세 번 시작합니다
캐나다 보딩 학교는 대개 9월에 한 번 받습니다. 이 학교는 세 번을 공시하고, 학기마다 학비를 따로 정합니다.
가을 학기
12월까지 4개월. 일반적인 입학 시점이고 학교의 학년도와 그대로 맞습니다.
봄 학기
6월까지 3개월. 학년도와 같이 끝나서 아이가 다른 학생들과 같은 때에 마칩니다.
